Excellent communication throughout, Ozzy and his painter (Gustavo) went above and beyond. You know that feeling where you glance at a contractor or serviceperson and see them paying attention to a detail that most would rush through? That happened regularly on this project (working for a long time on a stubborn stain with a power washer, slowly cutting in to paint perfectly, repairing a birdhouse unprompted!). Price was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier. This kind of service is (sadly) very rare these days. A true gem.

I hired Life In Colors to paint the exterior of my house, some light carpentry work and power washing. Ozzy, the owner, gave me a fair price. He and his team were professional and responded to any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. Once the project was finished, Ozzy came to review the work and made sure everything was done to his standards. His team did a great job. We are very happy with how our house looks now. We asked for estimates to stain the exterior of our house. Ozzy handled the estimate process the best of the three companies we contacted. He has a friendly, professional manner and his price was in line with the other quotes. Ed did the work and he worked very hard and was polite and very accommodating. Ozzy put in extra effort to get our color choice matched just right. He came to set up the job with Ed and returned to inspect when the job was done. Ozzy spent time painting areas he thought needed improvement, but we hadn't noticed. He then used a blower around the house and took the debris away -- a very nice extra touch! Will hire them again for our painting needs.

We were very impressed with the work that the Life in Colors completed for us! Ozzy arrived promptly for every scheduled appointment. He provided a written quote quickly, started the job exactly as scheduled, and communicated about progress on the work everyday. His staff, particularly Eddy, were professional and clarified all expectations. The quality of the work was excellent. Outstanding interior paint job. Bid prepared by Ozzie responsive to our requests and his supervision of the project was excellent. Price was excellent--low of three bids by $2k. Work by Johnny and Eddie was excellent to include preparation, execution and cleanup as they moved from second floor through the first floor. We appreciated having this Team of gentlemen in our home and thanked them for a job well done.

Ozi did a really great job in painting the exterior of our house. He and his crew had a really good attention to detail. He made a point of asking all the requirements that we had, and he addressed them all. He made sure that work areas were protected from paint spills. We were very satisfied with the final product. He completed the work actually by the date that he had originally planned to start the work. He also stayed within the budget quoted for the work, and it was a very reasonable price. We hired Life in Colors for a full exterior paint, along with some trim and gutter replacement in several spots (rotten fascia boards and lower door jambs, and gutter corner replace and reseal). They showed up promptly every day, put in long hours, did extensive cleanup at the end of each workday, and completed the project on time and on budget. Ozzy is detail-oriented, easy to deal with, and was flexible on project scope changes. The quality of the work is great â  house looks the best it has in years. Would gladly hire them again.

I had some minor carpentry work done along with the exterior of my house (including trim, gutters and downspouts, shutters and garage door) and an inside wall in my house that needed to be muddied, primed and then painted. The exterior included power washing the house and caulking every area that needed caulking and that was extensive. I can only repeat all the 5 star reviews and if I could give Ozy and his crew more stars I would. When I called to have Ozy come to my house for an estimate he showed up exactly on time the date that we set (something I've found doesn't happen on too many occassions!), sent me an estimate exactly on the date he said he would (which again doesn't always happen) and his price was extremely fair and I hired him. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job and like Gregory said, went beyond our expectations. Ozy has a great eye for detail and doing things that I didn't see that needed to be done but did. Our house was done in 3 days and each day they left the house one would never know workman had been there. He also helped my boyfriend install a curtain rod that my boyfriend couldn't have done on his own, at no extra charge even though it took almost another hour of his and his associates time. If anyone wants to see the work that was done I'm happy to share where I live in a private message. My money was well spent! Kudos to Ozy and his associate that worked with him.

Had our exterior house and shed painted. Wow, looks like a brand new house! From beginning to end of the project, great communication. Very hard workers. Went above and beyond our expectations and were very detailed. Would highly recommend and will use for future projects.

They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price . They were accommodating and responsive . They were painting all trim and doors on my brick house and garage and wer e neat, cleaned up well and their estimate and delivered price was nearly 50% Of the other estimates I received !
