But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

As a result, I asked Brian to paint the area and that was perfectly done. Brian is now the person I will call for all future painting jobs. "The flaking, cracking, peeling paint spoke clearly: it was time to repaint the house. We didn’t dispute the facts. We didn’t welcome the message. We didn’t realize how satisfying the painting project was going to be. When Christopher Ortoloni arrived, he first walked around our house and then rang the bell. Afterwards, all of us walked around the property while Chris addressed fading paint, hardened caulk, and portions of the house that are exposed to more extreme weather cycles. He was careful and precise and offered valuable suggestions on how to preserve the structure. We have lived in our house for more than 40 years. Chris noted that we had kept it up. We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan.
