"Great work power washing, staining, and leveling our large deck. Melvin came out to give us a decent estimate. Workers worked for 2 days straight on the project and were pleasant and professional. Customer service kept up to date on the project and was also very pleasant and professional. I now have a beautiful deck. Would hire again without a doubt!"

"My experience working with Target Painting exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received throughout the process. There were email notifications sent to me explaining what to expect and time frames for each step of the job along the way from prep work, carpentry work, priming, finish coats, and trim work. The workers were all pleasant to communicate with, they are hard workers, and kept my property clean from any debris or waste. They addressed any concerns or minor details of work being performed that I had questions about. The quality of the work was outstanding. I have been getting several compliments from all my neighbors on the work done to my home! The manager personally stayed in touch with me during the process making sure I was pleased with everything being done making sure my experience was everything I hoped for."

"I would not hesitate to recommend having work done by Essential Home Service. They did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house, shed and garage. They had a great crew that worked meticulously and long. They were very diligent in protecting my shrubs and flowers and my yard while working. They arrived early in the morning and worked till almost dark. They even put up my shutters before leaving when finished painting them. And ensured the yard was cleaned up when they were done. Very accommodating and pleasant. I would not hesitate to have them do any future work for me."

"Amazing service. The quote was provided quickly (as opposed to the other 2 companies whom I had to remind to send me the quote after waiting a week!). The work was very well done and done quickly. Ozy was really easy to work with. Very respectful of the property. All around great experience!"

"Start to finish, excellent service and value delivered. Crew & team were extremely professional, great communicators, always went the extra step to ensure the project was done exactly as it was requested. We moved into a new office space and originally just wanted some touch-ups, they transformed the space into something we didn't think was possible, all while meeting our tight deadlines. Wouldn't look anywhere else for any future commercial or residential work to be done."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
