Admiral Plumbing replaced our water heater. They were able to do it on the day I called, and worked with my tenant to fit her schedule. The job cost a bit more than estimated, but for legitimate reasons, and they gave me a discount on the increase services. I was very pleased.

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. "If I could give negative stars I would. Our furnace wasn’t working. They came and replaced a part that apparently made no sense to replace, charged obscene hourly rates and charged for commute time. Next day the furnace doesn’t work again they come and don’t charge and do another quick fix. Three days later the furnace breaks again and they say they fixed it but it’s still broken. A different company comes and says this furnace is 25 years old, needs to be replaced, several parts are broken and they replaced this piece with an old piece. He literally had to decommission the furnace according to his license before he left. So we are 540 bucks lighter with now the need for a new furnace. These guys are scammers and clearly don’t have a clue."
