9/19/22 Easterday Plumbing (This is Brad) Brad should NOT be at My Pop's Home *fixing* a New Toilet only My Only Day Off (that was installed by a Competitor) ... but here He is ? Pesha (there's a Reason they're called your Smarter/Better Half) is Diehard #Easterday, yet AJ, decided to go with a Franchise, I WAS WRONG You know you have to be immensely *disappointed*, when you go to another Company to fix the First one's Failure! Technician Anthony came out quickly, we were getting floors put in on the next morning and had taken out a toilet. Valve at the wall was leaking, had to get to work and didn’t have time to move out all the appliances and fix the leak. Called Easterday and they were out within the hour. Very professional employee came out and fixed the problem. Would hire again when time is of the essence

In spite of my ignorance of the proper steps to have a water heater replaced (such as having them check out my situation to be sure I ordered the right mode)l, Josh was able to successfully install my new water heater, after talking to Lowe's to correct my order, picking up the hater and related parts required and working with my schedule. Next time I will call them first!.

The best advice I can give on this plumber is run and call another one. Had water around our toilet so obviously toilet has a leak. We call Easterday who comes out and says it's the wax ring which they replace for $185. Toilet still leaking after this so Easterday comes back out the next day and again they say wax ring so they reset it and leave. Toilet still leaking after this 2nd time they work on it so they come out for the 3rd day in a row and tell my wife they don't know what the problem is and the whole toilet just needs replaced which they could do for $495 or $545 depending on which toilet height we choose. Thankfully my wife didn't tell them to do it and conferred with me first. I get home that night and for the first time I actually look around the toilet and I can plainly see it's leaking around one of the tank bolts so I go to Lowes's, buy new rubber washers, put them on and toilet hasn't leaked in almost 3 days. Easterday plumbing called me back this morning to check on the whether I want them to install the new toilet. I talk to the owner Ken and he just says they are not perfect and acts shocked that I'm even remotely unhappy with them. I asked him wouldn't you be unhappy if you hired a plumber and paid him $185 to fix a toilet and after 3 times of the plumber working on it it's still leaking and then he wanted to charge you another $495 for a new toilet when you went and fixed it yourself for under six dollars? He never once offered to refund even a portion of the money that they charged me after they missed an obvious leak three times in a row. The best advice I can give on this plumber is run and call another one.

Originally they thought they would have to open up the wall in our living room (we had just remodeled it a few months earlier, and did not look forward to that. However, after removing the upstairs sink/vanity and opening that area, they found a way to run the new lines without opening the living room wall. They did have to open the main floor wall behind the stove. Pete and Anthony were the two servicemen and both were very professional and friendly. It was pretty much an all day job, but the results were great with minimal tear out. Since they are plumbers, they do not do the drywall or flooring work needed to put things back.( We are using Angie's list for that also. We would definitely recommend and use Easreday again. Kudos to Pete and Anthony for a great job. BTW, they came in at the low estimate, we are happy cam pets!

The toilet in our master bathroom was leaking beneath the tile. Called and got an appointment right away.  The previous owner had repaired the toilet in the past and had done a really bad job.  The problem was found and fixed in a friendly, professional manner. I would recommend Easterday without hesitation!

They got here quickly, so that was good, and the job was good. It was just kind of overpriced.

They were a little expensive. They quoted me the price when they arrived and the job took them about ten minutes. If the guy had stayed for half an hour, I think he would have charged me the same. I think they set standard fees for certain types of problems but the problem is that not every customer's problems are the same. I think they should take into account the amount of time involved in their service. He told me upfront what it was going to cost but I just didn't anticipate him staying for just ten minutes. He came out quickly and I believe they made a follow-up call.

Service was excellent. They were early and very efficient. Also very honest.

It went great. They called to say they had a man on the way about 45 minutes after my initial call. He arrived 15 minutes later, did the work and was gone in less than an hour.

They responded quickly and quoted the price over the phone. Gave the option for emergency (after hours) service and quoted the extra cost. We opted for service the next day. They were on-time and efficient. No complaints. I would definitely use them again.

The first thing I liked about this company is the owner (Ken Easterday) answers the phone. It gave me a secure feeling to know the actual owner was the person with whom I'd be dealing. His worker Troy came to provide an estimate and was very helpful in deciding exactly how we'd bring the water line into the basement. Easterday's bid was competitive with others, and we hired them to do the job. It was great being able to hire one company to do all facets of the job: trenching to the city water connection and all the inside plumbing.
They arranged the day for installation, but a winter storm was predicted for that day. They arranged to come a day earlier to avoid the storm, something I really appreciated. The team of workers came right on time and got to work immediately.
We had city water later that day, and everything was accomplished in a very professional and courteous way. Each of the plumbers working on the Easterday team that day were friendly, helpful, answered my questions, and worked diligently the whole time. No messes were left behind, and even the owner Ken Easterday came on site to help his workers.
We are very pleased with the work done and will definitely use this company again when a plumbing need arises.

My 25 foot auger wasn't getting to the blockage...and I wasn't in the mood to invest in additional tools... so I bit the bullet and hired someone to do my dirty work.
Everything went well. Clear clean communication. 15 minute warning before arriving. Arrived earlier than estimated time range from dispatcher. (Same day.) Explained things well. Answered all questions. Took pets into consideration. Price was not unfair, I guess...... but I tend to think everything is overpriced these days.
Found ROOTS in our kitchen drain. Tech had difficulty getting the snake back out of the drain all the way back through the pipe...and it all made sense when a ball of roots popped out attached to the end. The root ball probably helped clean/widen the internal pipe for at least 30-35 feet!
Silly designers of our 1950's house thought it would be good to get the drain pipe underground as soon as possible and THEN route it to the main pipe under poured concrete flooring. The technician said last year's drought made things worse. Trees were looking very hard for sources of water.
Received a verbal rough estimate from technician for the cost to reroute the kitchen drain, using PVC, to the main sewer pipes about 20 feet away, without digging into the floor. Mentioned that root killer *might* help delay the inevitable. After buying foaming root killer, says it only works for the main drain and to flush down a toilet and to not use on sinks. Might have to find some that work with sinks. (but now I have to wait 8 weeks, because I didn't immediately use root killer, the root ends have probably formed a protective barrier that rook killer cannot penetrate...) At least that is what Mr. Google says.
Easterday does a good job and is prompt and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Initially called for quote and agreed on date for visit. Was told that someone would call before they arrived and was pleasantly surprised that they indeed called before arriving. After discussion of either repairing or replacing restroom faucets, I was given a written estimate for repair as well as estimate for replacement. To hold us over until a decision was made on the estimate, the employee adjusted the faucets so that all were in working order before leaving. I later called them to schedule replacement of the faucets and agreed on a date for installation. Again I was told they would call before arriving, and they did. As the work was completed, I told the worker about a leak in our kitchen faucet and was given a quote for repair. I was able to approve that expense and the repair was done while still onsite. Their staff was courteous and knowledgeable ~ much appreciated!

The leaks were not at my house, it was at a business that I have and they were awesome. They have been fine over the years, I have had no problems. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are here when they said they will be here and they cleaned up after themselves.
