I do see a note about trying to fix leak on kitchen faucet in addition to taking out the garbage disposer and repiping the sink. In most cases, it is actually less expensive to replace a faucet then attempt to repair it. I believe the tech tried to remove the handle but could see from a time perspective that it would cost more to repair than replace and you told them to just leave it and so we did. I am sorry that this frustrated you. I hope the actual repair that was completed of removing and repiping under the sink is working to your satisfaction and if it isn't, I'm sorry that you didn't call more immediately to have corrected."

"It does surprise people and we do try to explain to new customers when they call that both the travel time and time to get parts are a part of the whole job. We do have fully stocked trucks, but we cannot be prepared with everything. While it seems very simple, "I need a shut off valve"; it is actually far more complicated than that. It is like me asking you to pick up beef at the grocery store, you buy a steak, but I meant ground beef. There are multiple different sizes of shut offs with multiple different connections. Travel time according to your work order was 1/2 hour. You also had the benefit of a new customer discount coupon of $25 and upon hearing your complaint, your invoice was reduced an additional $30. I hope in the end you were satisfied with the work that was done. I apologize if you did not get or did not understand the billing protocol."
