Lou and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They removed and replaced an old deck with composite material and new decorative skirting and stairs. We couldn’t be happier with the finished deck and would absolutely recommend Perfectview Remodeling.

Our bathroom remodel was quick and without incident. My most common difficulty with house/yard work is maintaining communication but Perfect View was absolutely perfect in keeping us up to date and informed. Would absolutely use them again!

Louis and his team were wonderful. They made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Louis is so well organized and made sure that each step happened as quickly as possible. As soon as one step was finished, the inspector was there within a few days so they could move on to the next step. From framing to floors to backsplash to heating and lighting, all of their work was high quality. Every team member was extremely professional, and Louis was always available to communicate about each step and decisions that needed to be made. We really couldn't have been happier with their professional work and would recommend Perfectview Remodeling to anyone. Thank you so much to Louis and your team. We're enjoying every inch of the addition.

Lou is very pleasant and professional to work with. His team did a full renovation of our full bathroom. Everything was in order to have the bathroom completed in a timely manner, including ordered products and electrical work. His team worked very hard every day and did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. They cleaned up daily and were also very professional and pleasant. They went above and beyond and actually completed a few additional projects in our home that were not in the original plans. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and the quality of the work done.

Perfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). I would 100% recommend Perfect View.

Lou and the crew from PerfectView were excellent. From start to finish they were top-notch. They gutted the bathroom and restored it to something even better than we imagined. They were friendly, kept us informed/involved throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to get everything the way we wanted in a timely fashion.

We interviewed five contractors to remodel our bathroom, floor to ceiling. Perfect View was not the lowest bidder, nor the highest. Louis Cook, at Perfect View, was by many miles the most professional, knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to bidder. Based on this first very positive impression we commissioned Perfect View to do the job. Louis and his craftsmen/workers provided a service and product well beyond expectation. And he worked very skillfully with us on ways to get what we were looking for within our budget. Phone calls are always promptly returned. We can honestly say there have been absolutely no negatives in this process. Thank you Louis, Josh, and colleagues for a job very well done!

This is an update to a review from 2013. This contractor built a deck for my father. I recently discovered that many Azek balusters used in the construction have splits in them after only 7 years. At the time the work was done, the contractor had not provided proof of purchase for the materials used. The contractor still uses the trade name, but has dissolved the legal entity that the contract was with. They no longer have the records from the previous contracts and therefore they cannot provide documentation needed to acquire replacements for the defective parts. They also do not know who they got the parts from and the company they suspect they might have used has changed hands multiple times. It remains to be seen whether the manufacturer will honor the warranty without this missing documentation. Beware if you use this contractor. Get all documentation from the purchase of all materials that are covered by a manufacturer warranty. And be warned that if you have any problems with the work, the legal entity may no longer exist when you discover the problem.

Lou and his team exceeded my expectations. I own a two family rental property. The former 2nd floor tenants caused much water damage to the bathroom. Mold, rotting floor and subfloor. The bathroom needed to be totally gutted floor to ceiling including plumbing and wiring, removing claw foot bathtub and replacing it with a walk in shower, replacing toilet and vanity. Lou and his team were very professional. Lou went over the contract with me in detail, answered all my questions, and followed through on everything we discussed with no surprises. My current tenants contacted me to tell me how impressed they were with the team doing the work and how they did a perfect clean-up after each day of work. I have other projects that need to be completed as finances permit. I will definitely contract with Lou and his team again for these projects. A reputable, honest contractor is difficult to find.

It went amazingly well. I have had other jobs done in the past, but Louis is the most professional and honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and followed through on everything he promised. There were no unpleasant surprises and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. His crew were very courteous and considerate. They were not leaving unless we were completely satisfied. They also did small things that were not contracted for no charge such as replacing our entryway door set, patching drywall and repairing damaged baseboard. They even fit in a small side job I needed done when I realized installing a heavy glass shower door was beyond my own abilities. I bought the wrong size door, but Josh made some adjustments and made it work. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor with an outstanding crew.

Lou and team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. Price was very competitive; and the final result was wonderful. Lou made some great recommendations on products/vendors and we ended up with a high quality, beautiful bathroom! We had a few hiccups along the way, but the team responded in a timely manner and took great care in their work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Very professional, honest, responsive, helpful, quality work. I am an engineer and know and require quality work. I am also a project manager and know costs. I usually find things wrong with how things are being done on a project. I did not find anything to criticize in their work. I got to know and liked all of their crew. I do not hesitate in the least in recommending them for most any remodeling job.

We engaged PerfectView to provide us with a new kitchen ceiling and lighting. We are thrilled with the result! The entire process, from quote, to scheduling, to having the work done over the course of days, it all went very well. The PerfectView staff is meticulous about clean up, communicating what they're doing and why, as well as just being really nice people to work with. Communications during the project were excellent, along with responsiveness to additional items that arose. We can provide an unqualified recommendation for PerfectView.

My wife and I decided to finish the attic in our new home. We found Perfectview Remodeling on Angie's list. We call and made an appointment to get an estimate for the work. Louis Cook the owner came himself and worked with my wife to give us a quote for exactly what we wanted. Received the quote in a reasonable amount of time and within our budget. They started the work timely and it was completed in 2 weeks. The best part of working with Perfectview was the employees. Everyone that worked on the job were professional, hardworking and respectful, especially Bill and Chris. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Lou was great. I had 3 toilets installed that I didn't trust myself to do. I also had a leaky bathtub faucet that needed a new valve and other parts. He fit me into his busy schedule. He fixed everything that I needed and I couldn't be happier. Also, charged a fair price for the work. I will definitely call Lou for other jobs that I need to have done. A+

Service person was prompt. We discussed what was to be done. He installed shut-off valves on the hot and cold water pipes in the shower. Repaired a leaky valve for the shower. Drained the hot water tank.
