After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. When Move King, LLC showed up, they immediately told me the job would cost me an additional $3,000. No discussion. Just a bait-and-switch right at my front door. Let that sink in: before a single item was moved, I was already being held hostage for $3,000 more than I agreed to. And it only got worse from there. When they finally delivered my stuff, I discovered my brand-new, $1,300 Google TV completely shattered (even though they charged me an arm and a leg for "protective wrapping." "

"Top dawg movers, they are a a fresh breath in the industry. I’ve moved 4 times in the last 6 years. Without failure, something went wrong every single time, except, when I hired these guys. I’ve had broken and missing property, and one of the other moving companies I hired, they weren’t the type of people I’d leave home alone with my wife and kids. This outfit was accessible, I had no difficulties in contacting them, scheduling, or just calling to clarify a few unexpected details. That’s rare these days. They were punctual, showed up 15 minutes early for the job, and were highly expedient with their estimate. Top Dawg brought plenty of muscle. I moved from a 4 bedroom apartment, wife kids, an entire life to pack up. They were amiable, busted their a****, and constantly stopped the wife and I got clarification to make sure the job was done right. Oh, they were also good with the kids. Everything was wrapped up and covered with padding, boxes were labeled and taped up. Nothing was broken or misplaced. The unpacking was quick, and efficient. It was definitely the energy and work ethic of a company that cares about its reputation, and is trying to excel. Most importantly, the bow tying all of that professionalism, was the price that came with it. The price tag was highly competitive, they worked with me, and I actually wanted to tip them when they were done with the job. So, that’s my experience, that’s why I have 5 stars for them. "The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

They did well loading everything in the 16ft truck but once we got to the storage unit I was not telling them exactly what to do and they used every inch of my 20 ft unit. I needed the extra space as I was using it for other stuff and they refused to reorganize things."
