"I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."

"My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing. He checked in regularly with us before starting the job, painted sample colors on our shingles for us to see them in place and power washed the house before starting painting. They took meticulous care, caulking, sanding weathered shingles and repairing a rotted window sill. The price was very reasonable. Diego is outstandingly gracious and personable. "We researched for exterior painters on Angi’s List; Home Advisor and also looked through google reviews as well. There are a lot of painters out there, but we did narrow it down to five and obtained estimates from all. We selected Pete of Premier Painting and so happy we did. From the beginning he was timely with his follow up to our calls/emails; he provided an initial estimate based on information and photos and then met with us to do a more detailed estimate (which didn’t change, except for additional items that we decided to include). His estimate was competitive and we just had a “good feeling” that he would be the right fit for us and based on reviews, a good painter. Although we were initially going to be scheduled for Spring of 2022, at the last minute Pete had an opening in the schedule for the end of this season and began in September. His work is great; he sprayed and brushed our home and when he sprayed he back brushed for complete coverage; he is neat; cleans up each day; is organized in his approach on how and what he painted so as the front was done first both trim and body so from the road it looked complete. During the course of his being here, we ended up making some changes in terms of stain treatment for our deck, which resulted in more sanding; adding an item or two and he has always been professional and agreeable. In addition to painting the entire exterior - our deck balusters were all stained brown and he is painting them all white - pretty labor intensive but the finished product is just what we hoped for. For various reasons he ended up painting our home by himself and he is here every day - 6 days a week, weather permitting; is communicative if he won’t be here for weather related reasons - and he even returned our dog when he was leaving and found her down the road. A pleasure to work with; we highly recommend.--"
