We researched for exterior painters on Angi’s List; Home Advisor and also looked through google reviews as well. There are a lot of painters out there, but we did narrow it down to five and obtained estimates from all. We selected Pete of Premier Painting and so happy we did. From the beginning he was timely with his follow up to our calls/emails; he provided an initial estimate based on information and photos and then met with us to do a more detailed estimate (which didn’t change, except for additional items that we decided to include). His estimate was competitive and we just had a “good feeling” that he would be the right fit for us and based on reviews, a good painter. Although we were initially going to be scheduled for Spring of 2022, at the last minute Pete had an opening in the schedule for the end of this season and began in September. His work is great; he sprayed and brushed our home and when he sprayed he back brushed for complete coverage; he is neat; cleans up each day; is organized in his approach on how and what he painted so as the front was done first both trim and body so from the road it looked complete. During the course of his being here, we ended up making some changes in terms of stain treatment for our deck, which resulted in more sanding; adding an item or two and he has always been professional and agreeable. In addition to painting the entire exterior - our deck balusters were all stained brown and he is painting them all white - pretty labor intensive but the finished product is just what we hoped for. For various reasons he ended up painting our home by himself and he is here every day - 6 days a week, weather permitting; is communicative if he won’t be here for weather related reasons - and he even returned our dog when he was leaving and found her down the road. A pleasure to work with; we highly recommend.--

Premier Painting was great. Pete has done two projects for me in the past few years. He did all the trim on my main home three years ago (siding itself is vinyl), looks great and has held up great. This summer he did the entire pool house, lots of prep, trim and cedar siding. Super happy with how it came out and how quickly he was able to get the job completed. All this and he is very competitive with pricing.

Pete did a phenomenal job on this project. Our home needed a lot of TLC and Pete was extremely knowledgeable about how to help us achieve the look we wanted. He has a great attention to detail and accommodated all of our requests. I would highly recommend Pete and Premier Painting for any of your home needs. Pete was a pleasure to deal with. He's very focused on the job at hand and treats it like he would if it was his own. He answered any questions we had and really takes pride in his work. My husband and I recently moved to Hooksett from Philadelphia with our two young daughters. My husband and I wanted to have our daughters ' bedrooms painted as soon as possible in order to get them settled and to have their own space in our new home. I had contacted a couple painters to see if they could come out. One, told me he was booked out until January and the other actually never returned my call. I found Premier Painting on Angie's List and reached out via message. Pete contacted me very shortly after the initial message and then asked to give him a call so we could chat. I called him and was able to reach him immediately. We spoke and I asked him if he would be able to come out the following week. I explained that we had just moved and that with all of our family and friends back in Philadelphia it was important to me and my husband to have our daughters settled and to feel at home after such a major change for them. Pete told me he could rearrange his schedule to get the job done and would call me later to set it up. He was able to get out less than a week after me originally contacting him and did a beautiful job! He was extremely easy to deal with, reasonably priced, punctual, professional, easy to get a hold of, extremely accommodating, and as I mentioned, did a BEAUTIFUL job painting. He cleaned up without a trace of paint anywhere other than what he painted, which was a huge relief since the carpet in the rooms had just been installed a few days prior. I am having him come back out in the spring to paint our front porch and door and will be having him paint the rest of the rooms and hallways in our home. I highly recommend Pete to anyone looking for a high quality painter.

Perfect. Pete is quick to respond, reliable and did a great job. We had him and his crew paint and repair some wood on the entire exterior of our home while we were out of the country. He kept in touch via email along with sending pictures of the progress. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and will recommend to anyone I know needing work done.

Pete is professional, neat, has great ideas and is completely trustworthy. Its like having a family member come paint your house, as you will immediately feel comfortable. I can't say enough about Pete's attention to detail and his painting skills. He is fast, efficient and punctual. You need to call ahead to get on his list as he is sought after and usually has a waiting list.

Since we were looking to sell our home Pete was able to paint in one coat to help keep the cost down. He did a great job quickly! And he always answers his phone and email in a timely manner which is important to me. Now we are moving and the new house needs painting so we will definitely ask him for a quote knowing he will do a great job!

Pete did an excellent job.  He came and gave me an estimate and returned to do the work on the day and time he said he would.  He told me how long the project would take and came every day until it was done.  And it was done on time!!!!  He was professional, neat and the rooms looked beautiful.  I am hiring him again this winter to do more rooms.

Pete's quote came in well below the other three quotes we had.  He was great at communication: the cost, what is included, when he would be at our house exactly, what he would be working on next.  He finished quickly and put everything back as it was - no mess.  We would highly recommend him and hope to have him do more painting for us in the future.

Went generally well. Around joints, could have been better i.e where wall meets ceiling or molding and a bit neater in places.

I contacted Premier Painting because of the good reviews on Angie's List, and now I want to leave one of my own. His quote was less than another highly rated painter on Angies list and I feel he went the extra mile when necessary. Pete and his assistant Jeremy really took the time to do the job right.  They pressure washed the house and then caulked up all the little cracks and joints in the clapboards before painting. He also replaced the rotting siding on my dormers for just the cost of time and materials.  Pete put on two coats of stain on the clapboards and two coats of paint on all the trim.  Pete was very communicative, always calling if he couldn't make it as planned.  I do appreciate that.  I am so thrilled with the look of my house now.  And so glad I hired Pete to do it!!

We contacted Pete after reading reviews on Angie's List, since our previous house painter no longer does exterior painting.  He met with my husband, and provided an estimate that was accurately reflective of the requested services.  Pete was booked several weeks out when he met with us, and now we know why.  He does a great job!   He was extremely thorough and professional through the entire job - from the power wash at the start through the second coat on the siding.  He and his assistant worked on our home for 2 weeks and it came out beautifully.  He uses brushes - not spray - to apply the paint/stain, and his attention to detail really shows.  Our house is a 2 story colonial style with a screened porch and garage and needed several areas of trim and siding replaced and he took the time to do a great job.  He even helped me get the air conditioning unit out of the window, and then put it back in when the window was dry.  He has been good enough to agree to come back when our front steps (which are granite) are pulled away from the house to see if he can assist with the siding and paint behind the steps, which appears to have degraded over the years.  We can't say enough about how accommodating and professional he's been - we'll definitely look for him when it's time to paint/stain again.

Pete provided an estimate to do interior pairing. We received several estimates. Although we did not select Premier Painting, Pete was very responsive and professional. He promptly provided the quote and answered my questions.

Pete, the owner of the business, was great to work with. He's a super nice guy and he did most of the work himself, though he did have another guy who worked with him some of the time. I did not want to give him a B on anything, but I also wanted to make a point that might be lost if I gave him straight A's. The painting job that Pete did was superb. My only complaint, and I mean only, was that he was not that neat about the paint on other surfaces besides the house itself. Pete sprayed on the primer coat and quite a bit of it ended up on the windows. He scraped it off with a razor in most places, but I see other places where either he didn't scrape, or there are marks where the paint was scraped aside but not completely removed. There was also paint that got onto rocks outside. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to neatness, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for a quality job at an excellent price, but I would simply suggest that the homeowner review the job while he is still there and make sure that everything is cleaned up to their liking. Note that I have not asked Pete to come back and clean up. I'm pretty sure he would do so if I asked him to, but it's all pretty minor stuff.
