He is honest and works hard and fast. He is an expert cabinet maker and knew how to troubleshoot the problems with our kitchen. We like woodworking and did some of the work ourselves. He was kind and generous with his knowledge and, at our request, taught us along the way what we could do to improve our kitchen and our skills. I could not recommend him more. "I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. "The best money we've ever spent. Matthew and his team were skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. He provided helpful advice along the way, promptly communicated at every stage of the process, and started and completed the project on time and on schedule. They helped us go from barely-functional builder grade to a knock-out super functional designer kitchen. The project: We chose a custom color (matched to Pigeon by Farrow and Ball) and shaker doors. We were able to keep all of our perimeter cabinets and Kitchen Tune-up built boxes to bring them up to the ceiling. They modified a few other cabinets so we could add an apron sink and a vent hood. Our kitchen island was completely replaced with new cabinetry, and we also added a large pantry cabinet and bar area with drink fridge and cabinet to a previously open space. Our refrigerator previously had a tiny cabinet over it with the sides open - we added a full depth cabinet over and a full surround around the fridge. The Kitchen Tune-Up Team: Absolutely amazing craftsmen and superior attention to detail. Before beginning work on existing cabinets, they re-leveled them with shims, which is just one example of the pride they took in quality. Everything was finished to perfection. The high-quality of work and our ability to re-use as much as possible enabled us to create a completely new kitchen that was more functional, doubled our storage, and looks like a designer kitchen at a third of what we were quoted for a basic new kitchen build. We paid Kitchen Tune-Up $36,000 and that included new quartz counter and installation of tile backsplash. Separately, we paid for plumbing and electrical work (referred by Kitchen Tune-up), and venting our fan through an exterior wall. We also sourced tile, new lights, the vent hood, cabinet hardware, the sink and faucet, and a drink fridge."

"We met with Ray a number of time to go over exact cabinet details as well as finishes.  We elected a high-gloss white that is simply beautiful.  What we did ahead of time is decide exactly how many pull out draws we wanted and there exact heights so things like cans, bottles, etc. would fit in cabinets in the location we wanted.
The install went perfect and they had to move in some large pieces through the rear sliding door.  Nothing got dinged (nothing!)  The cabinets fit like a glove.  They leveled every piece exactly.  They scribed each piece to fit exact.  The fridge fits with about 1/8" clearance which is the tolerance we needed for the manufacture's trim kit.  The stove fit just as well.  We opted for the soft close drawers glides which are just great.  I just give them a push and the close feather soft..  
Look around but definitely get a quote from Ray.  I think you will be very pleasantly surprised  with his prices.  His design skills are a great asset and as he knows exactly what he is building and there are no surprises.  It is not often you can get a soups to nuts solution where there is never any finger pointing.but here is the rare case.."
