"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Earwigs may look scary with their pincers, but they don’t pose a serious threat to humans or pets. They are not poisonous, do not sting, and rarely bite or pinch unless handled.
