"Where do I start. I sent an email to Patrick from his website. He got right back to me and answered my questions. We set up a meeting to come see the trees I needed taken care of. He walked my wife and I through the process pointing out things we did not see. He gave us a quote, told us how many people would be needed and for the job and what was included. We gave him a date when we would like to have the work done and he confirmed it. He emailed us with a confirmation one week before and then showed up on the day he said and the time he said.
