The entire team at Lighthouse painting, especially Nick and Wesley, did an amazing job with our project! The interior painting was meticulous and great care was given to matching our color preferences and completing all of the work in a timely fashion. This is an extremely professional and dedicated team and we could not have been more pleased with the way our painting project turned out!

Great, pleased with end result! Quote was competitive and detailed. Operations Manager, Chris, was on site each day and was supportive and easy to work with. We were pleased and elected to do initial and additional work at same time. We are planning to use them for interior work in the future.

We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of Lighthouse's work. To start, their estimate came in substantially lower than the other ones we got and the cost did not start creeping up once they started work. Their communication was excellent - maybe the best of any contractor I've ever hired. They were very clear about what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and what, if anything, we'd need to do in order to make it happen. We were having other work done on our house and Lighthouse was really flexible when it came to scheduling around that. Once they began work, they were very professional and worked their tails off to get the project done. Most importantly, they did a great job. The place looks great.

Lighthouse did a great job on our house. They did a full exterior painting job on our single family home in July 2020, and they completed the job within budget and on time. Lighthouse Painting was responsive, from the initial bid through to the end of the project. I asked for bids from three companies and Lighthouse Painting was the most professional and competitive. Their crew was professional, hard working, and easy to communicate with. They power-washed, prepped, fixed rotted trim and clapboard, and painted our entire house in five days. Very impressed and would recommend them highly.

The site visit for the job & quote was very professional, they took measurements, asked clarifying questions etc... Quote was delivered quickly and was very competitive compared to other 4 that I received. Their follow-up on the quote was helpful and said a lot about how they would handle the project. Upon signing the contract, they sent Chris out (Project Mgr) the Sat before the Monday start to go over everything again and make sure my expectations were clear. The team of Ronnie and Eddie showed up on Monday and were very professional. Powerwashed everything w care, took all the downspouts off to get the best professional look, even cleaned my gutters which was an add they were happy to do. The job was done per the contract to a T. they cut zero corners and went above and beyond delivering outstanding service and quality on a 90 year old home! Excellent job of painting my 150 yr old victorian home. Attention to detail. Good supervision by project manager. Good job of cleanup daily and at conclusion.

Lighthouse was very easy to work with. They called the day I asked for a quote and followed up several times during the quotation process to see if we had any additional questions or requests. The job went faster than expected since they had an opening earlier than expected. The crew was great. We are very satisfied with the work and will look to hire them when the rest of the house needs to be stained.

First, the proposal was days late to arrival, thereby delaying our decision process. Second, while we were assured there ALWAYS would be an (English speaking) on-site manager in case we had problems, this didn't happen so when we did have issues, we couldn't communicate with the crew. And it was a challenge reaching the management to quickly rectify the situation. The crew seemed rather inexperienced as they didn't use the right scraping tools and didn't seem to understand the proper steps of preparation that needed to be done. Third, it was explained that power-washing wouldn't be recommended but the house would be hosed down prior to painting. This had been the procedure each time we had the house painted before (we've lived in the house for decades.) However not this time as the crew cleaned with a rag and bucket from spot to spot. Fourth, paint was applied over: (1) rotten wood, despite clear instructions to replace unsatisfactory wood, and 2) paint that was still peeling. Fifth, a window was broken by the crew and wasn't communicated to the company. It was eventually fixed but only because we notified management ourselves. Sixth, clean-up was not satisfactory (garbage bag and debris left on property at conclusion of job). It seemed that there was a HUGE break-down in communication between what had been agreed upon in the contract and the actual work. Crew didn't seem to have a professional attitude, spending lots of time on cell phones, too. Overall, the worst paint job experience we've ever had.

Lighthouse Painting consistently showed up on time and were able to adjust to our schedule and still finished the project early. Nick and Chris are very professional and nice to work with. Final result turned out great! Professional and efficient work. Our exterior painting job was very well done. Great group of workers and well supervised. Cleaned up the area around the house completely.

Everything went well during all stages including the estimate, project and completion. The work was done quickly (as weather allowed) and throughout the communication was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the end results. The house looks great. Definitely will hire next for interior work.
