"We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."

The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. "I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. "This company is the best! Anthony responded immediately to my much needed request, came out and saw the roofing issue that others had missed, and repaired it 100%. He even did a water test to be sure that the repair was perfect! I called him again a few days later for another roofing issue and he again responded very promptly and corrected an issue that another roofing company earlier this year had completely botched!
