Alencar and his crew were exceptional. The process was professional from start to finish. I needed ceilings, trim, and walls done in most rooms of the house. The walls were riddled with holes from the prior owners. His team was amazing in their attention to detail, spackling, sanding and priming all the holes. Their edging and trim work exceeded my expectations. This is a professional establishment with a competitive price point and worth every penny for a job well done. Thank you Al, Leo and Alex!!!

Alencar and his team did an amazing job with painting the exterior of our home. They went above and beyond to make our house look beautiful. They did a lot of small, extra things at no additional cost and were on top of any requests we made. The carpentry and painting team were extremely respectful, attentive and diligent in their work and the job was completed within the expected timeline. The price we agreed upon in the contract is what it all ended up costing. Highly recommend Alencar and his team! Great job at a great price.

I would not hesitate to recommend having work done by Essential Home Service. They did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house, shed and garage. They had a great crew that worked meticulously and long. They were very diligent in protecting my shrubs and flowers and my yard while working. They arrived early in the morning and worked till almost dark. They even put up my shutters before leaving when finished painting them. And ensured the yard was cleaned up when they were done. Very accommodating and pleasant. I would not hesitate to have them do any future work for me.

Al was amazing and runs a highly professional small business. He was responsive, efficient, knowledgable, and courteous. Eduardo and Lou were also very talented and skilled and were excellent communicators. We could not have been more satisfied with the work they did for us. Al will be our go-to person for our future projects.

The paint job came out beautiful. The workers were polite, precise, neat, covering all the windows and lights before they painted. The pressure wash was done neatly with no damaged cedar shakes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their house painted. Al, the owner was very businesslike and easy to work with.

Hired Alencar’s company to paint living room, entryway and stairwell in my 250 year old house - ceilings, walls, wainscoting and trim. Leo and John did a great job. Quite obvious that they care about delivering a quality paint job. They arrived on time, spent two very long days here, and left the place immaculate when they left. Couldn’t be happier and will most certainly be calling the again!

Great! I could not be happier with Al and his team. They were highly knowledgeable, expertly skilled, and so efficient. My house is 100 yrs old and had been painted all white. They cleaned it, got it into shape with a few repairs, and knew how to determine what should be trim and what should be body color. They were kind and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

Absolutely GREAT, filled all my expectations. Room is like new

The entire process was excellent. My calls returned in a timely manner. Estimate sent in a timely manner. We scheduled and they started as they said that they would and took as long as he estimated. I have through in a few more tasks. It all looks beautiful! I had told them to leave the holes -this was so I could easily rehang - but on one wall I couldn’t see the holes. When I asked him about the holes, he rehung the painting for me!! Thoughtful about cleanup and returning things back to the room when done painting. When they painted the rustic wood and didn’t fill in the holes and I commented, he said that they would fill in the wholes and they did and painted.

Pressure wash on a Friday, scrape, sand, caulk on Monday, paint Tuesday thru Thursday. Job well done, they worked well and hard on the job, consulted with me on any problem areas, very professionel.

Essential Painting did a beautiful job on my kitchen cabinets and walls and trim. They are very professional and friendly. The job turned out great. I kept adding extra jobs and they did all those too! I will definitely ask them to do other jobs for me.

They patched a water hole in the ceiling, painted the interior of the bedroom, baseboards, wall and doors. The workmanship was meticulous, the room looks better than when it was new!. The professionalism of Essential Painting was treat to see. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The work was so quick, very professionally done, and well worth the money spent. We are still happy each day looking at our freshly-painted walls.
