"I hired Len Gibley Contracting Company for the installation of a new roof on my house.  First of all, when you call this company, they answer the phone.  Other companies use voicemail or email to communicate.  Len Gibley Contracting even has an office showroom you can visit. Deb, the office manager, gathered my info and set up the time for owner Brian Dobbins to come out and review my roof.  Brian took the extra time to crawl through access panels to view areas I was concerned about.  The proposal I received was reasonable and based on how I was treated by this company so far, I hired them.
Brian arrived with the crew and did a ?walk around? with his foreman, Rinaldo, to address my concerns.  The crew showed up early every morning and put in long days.  When there was an issue of concern (replacement of plywood and rake boards) I was informed immediately.  This crew pays attention to detail.  They inspected fascia boards, sealed all gutters and are also experienced carpenters which prevents slowdowns.  Brian?s crew works in sync with one another flawlessly as they have been together as a unit for many years now.
My roof area is large and took about three days to complete with Brian appearing on the site each day along with his general manager, Jeff, who made sure the crew had all necessary materials.  The clean up was impeccable but what was really impressive was Rinaldo going around the entire home doing a final inspection of the work and property clean up then checking with me in case there was anything else I saw.  They want a happy customer. This company did such a great job from start to finish that I awarded them my mother?s house for a roof replacement that also went very smooth.  So, with two roofs completed nearly back to back, I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to use Len Gibley Contracting for any of my future needs."
