We needed help with a partial remodel to our South Boston condo and working with Eric was a pleasure from start to finish. I appreciated his honesty from his initial assessment of the job and then his recommendations throughout on how to get stretch our budget and make it work for the project. One of the things I was most impressed with was how quickly Eric was able to sequence work, we got the project done faster than any other contractor quoted me. Electrician, paint, floor refinishing, etc. were all quickly scheduled. Lastly, Eric was always quick to respond to texts and my questions which made me feel comfortable throughout. We're thrilled with the results and would work with Eric again in a heartbeat!

We contacted Eric after seeing his sign in the neighborhood. He came over to look at our job. It was to remove a set of outdoor stairs with a platform and erect a new set of stairs to the local building code. He presented us with a formal contract that included all permits and removal of debris. The new stairs which are eleven feet from ground to the second floor of the home, look great. They are sturdy and well built, exceeding the local building codes.

Having worked with many contractors in the past I have to say Eric is one of the "Good Guys". He and his team are true professionals and masters at their crafts. Eric fully stripped my 115 year old, two-family and installed new vinyl siding. From the quote, all the way to the completion of the job, Eric went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, on time, and within budget. He communicates throughout the entire job and his experience comes through to tackle complex issues, as we encountered with my 115 year old house. He does the job right and really believes in a true customer service model. Prior to the work Eric did, I received quotes from 6 different companies and went with AALA for the job because of Eric. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone looking for a quality home improvement job.

I hired Eric and his team to paint/repair my deck as well as replace drywall and rail/balusters in my entryway. Along the way other little projects cropped up - installation of closet systems, hanging of a multi-panel art display, replacement of a bathroom window, etc and all of my requests were met with a smile and can do attitude. No job is too big or small for ALAA and they are my go to for any home improvements!!

My home contained wallpaper from the 70's and instead of trying to remove it, I wanted to re-sheetrock. I also had Eric and his team install a new rail and balusters in my entryway. These projects completely modernized my room and have garnished rave reviews from all of my visitors. Once I told Eric what I wanted he measured and ordered all materials. Made the process so easy. 5 stars are not enough!!! Eric replaced a 28x34 deck and front porch. Eric continuously kept us informed. He did not get frustrated with my indecisiveness or MANY questions. Eric even came back months later when we had a loose board Eric is honest, fair, a hard worker, and stands by his workmanship. We would definitely call him again!!!

I would give a 10 if I could. This company saved me from losing the sale of my 2 family. Everyone else was either not licensed, unprofessional or the price was ridiculous. I was up against getting this done in a timely manner that the buyer would wait. He worked in severe cold weather to get this done. If you want it done right and no excuses this is the company.

I also hired Eric to replace screens and frame work with casement windows. I also had him replace a storm door. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and would definitely hire him again.
