"Overall it went great. John was down quickly after I first contacted him. He came out in person to give me information and confirm the online measurements. Between meeting him, reading the reviews online, and the impeccable warranty I felt very comfortable choosing him (the price was in the middle of the other quotes I got). The whole process took 3 real long days. Obviously it is loud and disruptive while they are working... but you only need a new roof once. I would suggest not parking in your driveway as there are a lot of people and trucks. At the end they cleaned up very nicely. They are a legit roofing company so they pull permits. Overall I am quite please for the job, cost, time etc."

"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"
