I provided the material so I only paid for labor. He did a wonderful job on the slipcovers, which fit to perfection. I originally wanted a certain style of slipcover, but he made other recommendations based on the material that I provided and I am so happy I agreed to it. In addition to the two slipcovers he also upholstered a bench using beautiful nail heads and reupholstered a day bed. I was satisfied with the time it took and would use him again anytime! P.S. Nine years ago I paid double for 2 sofa slipcovers using another service, which is why I didn't use them again. Locatelli Smith Interiors had my business as soon as I met Gary and he gave me the quote. He stuck to the quote and did a great job! He knows what he is doing! "If we could give our technician, Paul, 10 stars we would. Paul was so conscientious and detailed in cleaning our sectional sofa. The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."
