He arrived and knew what was to be repaired . It was replacing chingels on the roof . When he arrived he looked up and saw exactly the location of where the shingles came from . He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . I did question him that my husband had told me were going to have to have another roof done in the very near future . I had discussed this with crieg and he said no you don't. Your roof is in good condition right now , and you've still got some years to go here before that is to be done . It was a big relief to me to hear this . This man is very knowledgeable with his line of work , and I trust his judgment. I highly recommend him to anyone . Very friendly to talk with .

Gutters installed now leak over the 4 corners of the house during any moderate and heavy rain. The problem was reported, we showed video proof, some people were supposed to come out to resolve the issue. There was no fix. We have to repair damage to the basement walkout roof. Leaf guards function poorly. Jagged edges inside collect pine needles and debris, creating a dam effect. Have cleaned out many times with no long-lasting benefit. One gutter even had a rubbery like sealant, obstructing rain flow. Because not even that was resolved, I doubt they ever came to fix. Just a terrible product/installation.

Craig was great. He gave a timely and detailed estimate with a couple of options, which was helpful. When I was ready to schedule the work he spent time talking to me and recalculating the estimate based on my final needs. He and his team came to house and did an amazing job putting up gutters around the house and installing all new downspouts while I was at work. It's been amazing to no longer see water pouring off of the roof over the doorways! The only slight is the use of an answering service and having to wait for a callback, but Craig was usually very good about calling back within 24 hours which was fine for me.

Excellent crew Knew their job. Protected the house and plants. Recommend negotiating the extras such as fascia, soffit, trim in advace. Got to be more expensive than the gutters!

Was not present when Gutters were installed,the crew did not Clean-up upon completion,left nails on grnd,as well as debris from the removal of wooden gutter.
