"You may be reading this because hiring contractors to do work you know little about is a bit anxiety provoking and can result in some unpleasant results. Even though I have a background in engineering and construction, I moved forward with vinyl siding my home with some trepidation. My wife and I did some research and through a friend’s recommendation hired RJ Scalzi and Sons. The work scope included replacing fascia boards, rake boards, gutters, shutters and downspouts and installing vinyl siding. Jason and Matt showed up on time, and it very soon became clear that they were extremely skilled at their craft. Through every step of the project, they took measures to minimize inconveniencing us, including location of work vehicles and work benches, preventing damage to lawn, shrubs and trees, securing artwork on walls and shelves to prevent damage, communicating updates on schedule and timelines and maintaining a neat work area. Not only did it appear that Jason and Matt were talented, but it was also obvious that they have honed an extremely efficient team that executes work safely, quickly and with the highest quality. Two minor unexpected and out of work scope problems arose during the project that instead of dropping on my lap, as they rightfully could have, they took action and got resolved. Over the days Jason and Matt worked on our home, we were constantly impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. A major plus was the professional, considerate and friendly demeanor both young men exhibited throughout the project. We enjoyed listening to their good natured banter, that didn’t slow them down one bit, and interacting with them. The completed project looks great and met all of our requirements, a neighbor even stopped by and asked for an estimate. Jason and Matt’s ability to combine high quality efficient work with very winning personal ways made the vinyl siding of our house a great experience and this may sound strange, but it was fun to have them around. "This is a new review for Watertight Pro. This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic. I had a porch door that wouldn't open. Manny took the trim off (on the outside), releveled the door and it now opens closes as it should. We had another door that would stick, i mentioned it and next thing it was fixed by George. Our deck needed to be painted as well and they sanded/scraped and put 2 new coats on and it looks great. They also fixed some trim on the deck that had come loose. Finally, our shed had algae all over its roof and they power washed that as well. I could go on and on. My front stoop needed some masonry work and Manny handled that himself and did a great job. What I love about Watertight Pro is once they start a job, they stay with it til completed. They were here 9 days in a row, including 2 weekends. The work I had done would have normally required multiple companies to complete. Quality work at a fair price. They have an A plus plus rating from me. If needed I will use them again for sure."

"One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my life. Nothing but runaround, lies, and lack of accountability. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
