Yes, we did return your calls and our crew did repair the damage following the first report of Raccoon damage to your property at no cost to you . Unfortunately as explained over the phone to you , as this seems to be reoccurring, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by wild life to your property . We suggest calling wildlife control to see how they suggest protecting your home ."
