On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."
