Have contracts with various property managers and brokers, but also do plenty of home owners on the side, and because of the other clients and low overhead (and agreements that give deeper discounts on paint than typical for contractors), I can usually save people money and am happy to do it to keep busy between the other clients. If helpful I speak a very basic Russian (learned from wife's family).

He then did one bedroom, including trim and the doors in the bedroom, and again - fantastic job, thorough and great to work with throughout. We will definitely call James again when we have any paint projects!"
