"Matt came out to look at the damage on a Sunday, took pictures so he could explain to me what was going on (involved the facia board as well), carefully went over various options for repair the advantages/disadvantages of each, and followed up his estimate with an email that night. He got and painted the replacement facia board that night as well. He came out the very next morning with the upbeat, friendly family crew right on time, and consulted with me when he found some damage to the soffit. He made an adjustment and was able to fix the soffit for no extra $ and added a few extras as well, including fixing my roof heat wires that had come unclipped.
