They did a good job but it was a confusing process with them.

Long came out very quickly and offered reasonable pricing and options. Work were done as quickly and we were left with a new roof and 50-year warranty within a month.

Cost way too much

I was looking at options for a new roof. I made it clear that I was just starting the process and not ready to commit to any company. After a 3-hour hard sell, they offered me financing at 0% interest for 18 months. I said that would work for me as I am retired and on a fixed income. They LIED. I received the invoice: PAY IN FULL. Over $17,000. After many conversations with both the roofing and finance company, they denied my dispute. Nails and old roofing material were left all around the yard and deck, which 7 months later I'm still picking up. Do not use this company....they were blatantly abusive.

Awful work sake pitch was convincing but all untrue my shower is still being serviced and their thing is its under warranty buttom line they got paid I got warranty for any thing that goes wrong but the job has never been completed because all the mistakes are under warranty

We needed our entire roof replaced. The group of installers did an outstanding job. They were so efficient and thorough in all aspects including an immaculate clean up of the property afterwards. The lead for the crew, and the project manager were so personable and communicative!! Our roof looks great and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work done on their structure.

The crew that came and did our job did an excellent job! They also cleaned everything up and made sure everything was make in place. The shingles are beautiful and we have all ready had compliments on them. The only thing I would say is we felt the roof project was a little pricey. Thank you to the crew!

Very flexible on schedules. Went above and beyond to win the business. Worked closely with us to ensure we picjed the right product and colors for the work. Very professional and friendly. Followed up after to ensure we were satisfied.
