We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price.
