The cinderblock wall at the outdoor steps going down to my basement was cracked, crumbling, and pushing in towards the steps to the point where huge gaps were opening up and it looked like it wouldn't be long before it was completely collapsed. In a matter of a couple of hours, Dimitri and his team had restored the wall so that it was perfectly vertical again, replacing the blocks that were beyond repair and recementing the entire structure, including repositioning caps at the top of the steps.
