Bourke Remodeling has worked with us on several projects, the major one being a kitchen remodel and a masonry rebuild and roofing a new shed. They did a great job and we were so pleased with the entire experience. In spite of our own sometimes fickle process and requests, Erick and Tom worked with us in a cheerful, patient and expert way and with great skill to achieve the kitchen we were envisioning. The whole process was fun, enriching and resulted in a kitchen that precisely fits what we envisioned--an updated kitchen that retained its original character while making it new again. Bourke Remodeling has done beautiful work at my home. Theyâ ve been my main go to for many of my projects. Thanks to them i have a lovely brick patio, a picture window, and a great walk in shower! They are super reliable very reasonably priced and always communicated very well ! At the moment theyâ re doing a desperately needed foundation upgrade on my older home I highly recommend them and am extremely happy with how all of my home projects have turned out.

Erick was great to work with. He stayed on time and the end result was perfect for the kids bathroom. He was clear about the work he would take on vs. other folks we would need to contract, ie electrician, plumber, etc. We will likely use him again.

Erick is a truly good man who stands by his word/price. I had two bathrooms remodeled and I am thrilled with the end result. Erick made sure that any inconvenience to my family was minimal and at the end of every day their clean up incredible. After getting three other estimates, I had Erick come over to estimate the price and his price was 20% lower than some of the other estimates. Erick is my go to contractor, I trust him and I intend to have him do some more work this spring. Feel safe hiring Erick, you will not be sorry.

Erick and Tom are great. Quality work. Attention to detail. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring.

Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better.
