Quality work and craftsmanship.

I have sent about 5 or 6 inquiries to one of the realtors named Ashley Gates about a few properties for rent and she has not responded to any of them. I’ve been asking about properties for at least two weeks. There’s one property that I’m very interested in which I have emailed her twice about & still no answer. I would never use their services for this reason. Great way to do business.

Had Frank install entry door and storm door. Although I thought it was a high estimate, I hired him. I was not disappointed. High quality workmanship, clean and trustworthy as I could not be at home that day. Very happy.

We hired Frank to remove an old moldy carpet and replace it with floating inter-locking tiles. We were very pleased with the superior quality of his work. Frank really loves what he does. Excellent work

Frank has been super to work with. He is highly responsive from quote to finish, shows up when he says he will, and provides superior craftsmanship. He replaced a bulkhead door, an interior door between the basement and bulkhead, and an exterior storm door, all with odd shapes and sizes in a 19th century colonial that required a little ingenuity and a couple of trips to the hardware store. He's also quick to offer suggestions on other things he can help with: not in a pushy way, just pointing out the kinds of services he would be able to provide in other areas of carpentry and masonry. Frank and his crew replaced my cellar bulkhead door that was not a normal replacement it required a custom build.The workmanship was great! and they did a great job!The bulkhead looks beautiful! and looks like it came with the house.I would highly recommend!FAB Enterprises! FAB Enterprises did an outstanding job in repairing my non-standard size storm door saving me hundreds of dollars as I did not need a new door. A previous contractor had told me a new door was needed and mistakenly thought it was a standard door. FAB was prompt, did a perfect job , and was extremely reasonably priced. As a result I hired them to repair my deck railing. I hired FAB after they did a great job in repairing my storm door. Their work in repairing the railing on my deck was prompt, perfectly done, and reasonably priced. I would use them for any carpenter work.

Frank was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was timely with his phone calls and with providing estimates, considerate in the options he suggested to stay within budget, and very respectful coming to my home. He was very thorough in communicating when he would arrive, always punctual, and completed the job exactly as specified and on time.
