The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. "Last fall Bob put up the giant storm windows on our wrap around porch, clean out our gutters and repaired the brick walk way. 
With the winter we have been having, we needed help getting our roof cleared of snow and ice dams.  Water was already dripping into the house from the ice dams.  We didn't need to think long about who to call.  Bob spent about 4 hours on our roof in below freezing conditions. With another storm front coming in, he completely cleared the snow from our 1867 house with all it's weird roof angles. He then broke up all the ice dams which gives the melting snow from the new storm someplace to run off the roof.  After that he was able to clear our walkway and back stair of ice.  I had given up seeing those stairs until June.
