We hired Backyard Experts for a retaining wall replacement and I was pretty happy with the overall outcome until I noticed an issue with the grade/slope of the wall. When I brought it to Ronnie's attention he didn't hesitate to acknowledge the issue and immediately told me he would address it. Within a couple of weeks he had another crew out to the house and they didn't do any half measures. They demo'd and re-built the wall. Excellent, responsive customer service after the sale. I plan on contacting Ronnie again for future hardscaping needs.

I hired Backyard Experts to demo and remove old pressure treated walls and replace with cement block wall. They did an amazing job. Ronnie is great to work with and his crew are great workers. The crew came on time stayed long days working to finish the job quickly and safely with professionalism. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. this is a great company to do business with they came in on the first day and got everything done and on the second day was finished!! i got 4 estimates and they where the lowest so i was ware but they did one off the best jobs i have ever seen all my neighbors are saying what a great job i will be doing business with them in the near future again if you need something done call them first or last but definitely call them you will be very happy you did !!!!!!!

The price was very competitive. We had them build a 55â x 2.5â H from scratch. Install a 4 ft section of cobblestone in the driveway. Redo the cementing of the bricks in the sidewalk. These guys are great!

"The customer statement above lacks the truth once the job was revised on-site in person with the customer. The scope of the work and the price was also agreed upon by the customer on-site! we finished the work in record time and we feel like the customer thought the price was not fair given how fast we did the job. End of the day the customer paid us in full since we did all the scope revised and agreed with the customer. We are not sure why she wrote this bad review but we can assure you new potential customers that it is not truthful and that is not how we treat our customers, you can probably notice that in other several 5-star reviews."

Great job, I would absolutely recommend them. Communication was great and on the day of the job, everything went as expected. I needed a stone wall repaired next to the driveway, and it came out just as I had pictured. At a time when it is hard to even get someone to return a call or email, Backyard Experts kept me appraised and let me know when the job would get done. Would go back!
