"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. "I liked this company from the start because of the "philosophy" of the owner. My issue was a pine tree that overhung the house . Other companies wanted to remove the tree or just one side (double trunk). Rich's solution was to prune only the branches that jeopardized the roof. He also pointed out a tree in front that was dead and would have impacted my neighbor if it falls. The crew showed up 5 mins early and went right to work. They pruned two trees, took one down and cleaned all the scrub trees from the area. You would never know they were here. They even cleaned the gutters."
