"I was hired to do a landscape job and a fence. I arrived with my crew to complete the landscape portion of the job on the agreed date. The work came out great. We cleaned his yard, edges and mulched all the beds, loam/seeded bare spots in the lawn, and installed a cobblestone edging around his rear yard plant beds. We even installed extra cobblestone edging than we discussed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, there were material delays. I was unable to get the material needed to complete the fence portion of the project. I did (at the time) use a subcontractor for my fence work. When I found out that the fence material would take another month I informed the customer and promptly returned his deposit. Communication was constant from the start. Covid delayed fence material."
