Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. "I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
