"Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
