Brian is awesome. Our front stairs were literally falling apart and he rebuilt them beautifully. My favorite part about working with Brian is his guidance on materials and design and budget. He knows his stuff and made some really great recommendations. We are going to have him re-do the front entrance/door in the fall. I highly recommend using him for any carpentry project on your horizon.

After water damage to our finished basement this past winter, the existing carpet was ruined and needed to be removed. We were unsure of what direction we wanted to take and Brian was very helpful when guiding us as to what type(s) of flooring would be available to us. He advised us very well on quality and price while being mindful of our budget. Brian knew we were in a bit of a time-crunch due to a new arrival and was very accommodating when it came to our requested timing and to our schedules. He installed new Plywood and Pergo flooring in the larger area of the basement. It came out beautifully. He also recommended and installed Vinyl Tile Flooring (VTC) in a smaller area in the basement that we were only using for storage. This saved us a significant amount of money. Lastly, there are two awkwardly placed poles down there that were previously covered in carpet. We wanted to cover with something esthetically pleasing but cost-effective. On his last day of work Brian took extra time to go over our options and headed back to the store to purchase the stock and completed that day. We love the way it looks. Brian and his worker were polite, helpful, trustworthy and they worked quickly. We are extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and professional carpenter.

This was my first time working with Brain and I couldn't be more satisfied. The door pulls were installed perfectly. I appreciate his attention to detail and responsiveness - it attests to his dedication, talent, and professionalism. I'll look forward to working with him on other projects.

I am more than pleased with the results. He is professional,courteous,prompt and very accomadating with any changes I made with what I originally requested. Brian did a fantastic job!  He has very good ideas and it is obvious that finished carpentry is his strength.  As previously mentioned, we wanted built in bookcases as well as a window seat.  He proposed wainscoting to add some depth to the window seat and did a wonderful job of designing and building the bookcases.  The thing that impressed me the most was the custom oak ladder he built - he built it in my garage.  This is something that you would normally have to pay (a lot more money) to have built in a workshop.  I am amazed at the detail on the ladder (including hand-grips for safety).  I have had him back several times since then to do work on our deck, bedroom (built a custom walk-in closet) as well as both fireplaces (he tore down two old fireplace mantels and built new ones).  I would definitely use again!
