Sean was referred by a friend who was very pleased with his services.  I needed help with my computer, printer, tablet (iPad) and smartphone (iPhone).  Sean performed these services in a timely and efficient manner.  He is cheerful, accommodating and very pleasant to work with.  He carefully explained issues so that I could understand them.  I was very pleased with the quality of the services performed.  I will DEFINITELY be calling on Sean again for additional computer-related needs.

Sean X. Marino was just what the doctor ordered for two technically-challenged people bascially clueless about navigating our new iPad. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, non-intimidating and eager to please, and $95 bucks for a lesson around the bases was very well spent. He explained and demonstrated mail settings, browsers,  iCloud, and various other functions we would need to use during the two-month period we would be away from our trusty desktop, then watched as we performed each task step by step on our own to make sure we understood the procedures properly. He also installed the Lookout security system and pointed out all types of fun, interesting apps and options that we had no idea existed. He is available for evening appointments which is an added plus. Highly recommended.

We had multiple issues with our business's computer network that needed to be addressed.  We didn't know where to turn or how to resolve them, and we were so happy to discover the services offered by Sean, the Computer Tutor.
 
Sean explained the various options and what he recommended.  He was very good at educating me so I would understand what he was doing so that I would be able to update things myself and stay on top of them in the future. 
He did an outstanding job and we would definitely recommend him!

Sean showed up promptly as scheduled.  He provided good customer service.  He's very patient and knowledgeable.  Following his 1st service call during which he set up my new computer and connection for Internet, he called to check to ensure the computer was working fine.

Sean showed me how to use my email program and use the internet more efficiently, e.g., saving or deleting Bookmarks. He solved issues that I'll never have to address again.
I'm glad he's able to work with both of my Apple devices to bring them up-to-date (apps and Operating System) including enhanced security settings.  He showed me the proper way to create and utilize the fingerprint scan feature.
He also showed me how to extend battery life on both my iPhone & iPad.
My husband and I are in our 70s and find Sean very easy to work with.  He explains things clearly so that it's easy to understand. Also, he's quite patient.
I'll be contacting him again for further work.

Very well.  He not only got my computer running again, he configured my start page and three browsers to make them more convenient to use.

This was a great experience for me!  It was so nice to have Sean come to pinpoint the issues I was having and help me quickly resolve them!  I will definitely use Computer Tutor again in the future.  This is a wonderful service!

The experience went extremely well.  Sean was very patient and thorough.  His methodology of instruction is teaching by example and is emphasized by the student performing the actual lesson that was just taught.  This reinforces what has just been learned and is so very important for retention of information.

An example of this is when he linked my Bluetooth speaker to my device. There was a specific, preferred method of sequencing the 2 devices on/off which he had me practice.  He provided me with the reasoning behind it as well.

I plan on hiring Sean again as he is an excellent resource and tutor.  I have had other computer training experiences that were less rewarding because they lacked his expertise and style. Sean's approach to teaching has been very beneficial.

It went great. Sean was very responsive and accommodating to my mother in law's schedule. He was very patient and thorough and helped her with some additional computer issues she was having.

Sean called to let me know he would be a few minutes late due to being delayed at his prior appointment. When he arrived, Sean quickly began the process of making sure no personal data of mine remained on my old computer before disconnecting it and proceeding to set up my new computer.

I was impressed by his computer knowledge and the professionalism he displayed at all times.  Not being computer literate, I was pleased to learn so much during our session.  I feel confident that I can now utilize the many features of my new computer.

I've already scheduled our next session so that Sean can install my new printer wirelessly.  Also, I look forward to having him help me transfer my pictures from my camera to my computer.

Sean was able to provide a service request within the hour; he showed up promptly and immediately diagnosed the issues with our email programs; Sean was able to address and resolve other issues that resulted in the computer's enhanced performance; he was very professional and mannerly; also, he provided phone support multiple times throughout the next 24 hours for which he did not charge; we would utilize his services again.

Sean provided service the same day I contacted him; He showed up on time; answered all questions; provided all services requested; he addressed multiple issues; As a 65 year old, I'm not computer savvy.  So, I was grateful for his patience and his clear explanation of everything he was doing.  I feel more comfortable with the secured settings on my computer.  It was a great session and I learned a lot.

OMG--he is awesome!  I hated the thought of giving up Windows 7 for 8--which has awful reviews; but he is a fantastic teacher; paced his information to me so I was not overwhelmed.  Sean worked with me nearly 4 hours!!  We started with "in the beginning...." and went through a ton of stuff; he let me ditz on the computer while he watched and assisted me.  What can I say--if you need a tutor, Sean is your guy!  Professional yet sociable--very important--he is patient!  And willing to go over the procedure and directions until you get it.  I will have him come back when I get the basics in my repertoire so that he can teach me beyond the basics.  THE BEST EVER!  Unreal--because I think I am actually going to like many aspects of Windows 8--and there was no way I would have believed that if it weren't for Sean.  Thanks a bunch!

Sean arrived on time for our session.  He was friendly and courteous ... very knowledgeable and helpful, too. Sean is very patient and easy to work with.  He explains things very clearly.  I think Sean should write a book for beginners like me.  He selected, picked up and installed the webcam we would need to use Skype for video calls.  He even used a coupon to save us money for the webcam.  Also, besides instructing me re: smart phone settings, he's also helping me select a camera for digital photography and saving me hundreds of dollars on the camera choice.  My husband & I are thankful for his excellent service.

Very professional and enthusiastic. I had previously downloaded some free software that totally disabled my computer. After that experience, I was afraid to download anything. Sean made sure all my security systems were working, and together we downloaded some difficult websites.
He comes with so much information, be sure to have paper and pen to take notes, so you don't forget any of his advice and suggestions.
