In business for 15 years, we handle jobs as small as putting together an office chair and as large as repairing termite damage or rebuilding a flooded basement. We are based in Berlin, MA, near Marlboro and service towns in both Worcester and Middlesex counties. I had several dining room chairs in need of repair. Rich arrived, assessed the chairs, explained how he would repair them, and repaired them. He did a great job and we are very happy with the result. He is very efficient as well as personable. It was a very good experience and we would recommend him to others.

Rich is a creative problem solver. When we couldn't find dials for the heating units anywhere, he made them of play-dough and they have worked well for years. For carpentry and small repairs he has been competent and responsible. He brings a lot of intelligence and flexibility to any job. A likeable guy, too!
