For our small bathroom renovation, down to the studs, we were amazed by project manager Rubem Smith's ability to maximize space usage to the inch. He transformed our measured drawings into a precise reality: a spacious square shower next to a tall, deep closet built above the wainscot walls using three Ikea door panels, with ample room for a rolling cart, laundry basket, and more in our master bathroom. He oversaw the installation of a large medicine cabinet, positioned just 7/8 of an inch from a tiled wall to accommodate a towel ring and an outlet, while improving ventilation in our second bathroom's washer-dryer area. We're grateful that Rubem's team coordinated with our vanity countertop contractor to ensure perfect alignment of faucets, access panels, and backsplashes. The fire-grade lighting design beautifully highlighted the tiles, and the moisture-guard painting provides us with peace of mind.
