"I had Construction do the siding on my house. It was a nightmare as soon as it started they disappeared for weeks at a time leaving my house, exposed to the elements and causing water damage on the interior. When the job was done it looks great, however it seem to leak every time it rained and random places all around the house After several service calls of them coming out and trying to stop the issue with tubes of caulking I called another contractor who informed me they sold me really great siding, but installed it completely wrong which caused the leaks I have to have the siding reinstalled correctly. I would not recommend using this company for anything. They were overpriced service plus total crap and the job they did was extremely substandard. Don’t let them fool you with warranties and talk to them being the best because they will show up, but they’re not gonna fix anything."

This allows our company to extend material and labor guarantees for longer periods than the competition. Cook's has two crews and two lead roofers are certified Master Shingle Applicators. Our foreman has been employed by us for over 13 years. According to the building inspector's office, Cook's pulls more permits for roof construction in the town of Bellingham than any other contractor. In 1992 when many of the shingle manufactures were having trouble with their fiberglass shingles, the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) developed testing for shingles that showed many problems with roof shingles. It was right then and there that Ken Cook decided to install the best shingles available and have quality that people could depend on; CertainTeed is the best company for their materials and warranties. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."
