Serpa Home Improvement installed vinyl siding, replaced 6 windows, gutters and they did an outstanding job. The quote was fair, Ronaldo was always available and responded quickly to all of my questions, and the crew was hard working and meticulous. I’ve received several complements about how nice the house looks with new siding. Overall it was a great experience and I’m extremely happy with the final results.

Replace Shingle Roof Caused by Ice Damage

We replaced our combination aluminum and old vinyl siding and the process went great. We got 4 estimates. Serpa Home Improvement didn't provide the cheapest estimate, but they were very close. We chose them based on my interactions with Ronaldo during the selection process. We are very glad we did. Ronaldo was extremely good at listening. He was a very low key, low pressure sales person. Ronaldo answered all our questions in detail. Everyone was extremely punctual. Things happened exactly when I was told they would happen. Meetings happened on the minute they were scheduled for. Throughout the process, we made some changes to the scope of work (increasing scope). All the work was done exactly like we wanted. I would absolutely hire them again, and would highly recommend Ronaldo and his team to others.

Ronaldo and his team did a fine job. Originally we brought him to estimate the cost of re-caulking a leaking skylight. Ronaldo climbed up to the roof and clearly showed that the shingles in that part of the roof needed replacing (they were over thirty years old). Ronaldo matched the new shingles to the rest of the roof (which was re-shingled twelve years ago), and his subcontractor came soon after to patch and paint the interior leak damage. The heavy rains we've had since showed that the roof no longer leaked.
