I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's.

Kendra came to my house today for my roof and was incredible. She was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and just awesome. Would recommend

July 2023 hired company to replace the roof. I noticed that vinyl in areas along the roof edges where it meets the roof was missing or displaced. I suspect because of movements during the roof replacement, that they were not securely fasten after the roof replacement. I did not have this problem before. Contacted LONG HOME PRODUCTS by email and telephone calls several times without any positive response to address my concerns. I was told that the product and workmanship would be professionally completed and guaranteed for 30+ years. I was assured that I would not have any immediate issues with my roof. THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE. December of 2024, after heavy rains and winds I found several displaced roof shingles from my new roof on my lawn. I again contacted the company with photos as evidence. In January 2025 I had my roof inspected and was horrified by the video images I received. There was image of a significant area of the roof where the roof shingles/covering were missing and clearly was not nailed down and installed correctly. A large area was exposed. (video evidence available). I AM STILL WAITING FOR LONG HOME PRODUCTS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES despite promises to return to residence. Unprofessional, workmanship of roof installation by LONG HOME PRODUCTS. I have serious reservations that they can deliver professional roof installation after what I have seen and experienced! I am still waiting. Customer service is poor. Website does not provide for ability to access a company representative that can address issues or follow up with consumers. Focus is on sales. This might be deliberate. No support after project really. Focus only on finance only and not customer satisfaction and well being. Consumers should make sure they complete a LONG research before considering this company as "things are not always what they seem." It is frustrating and I am continuing to pay on a loan for services I did not receive!

I initially when through aniges for a roofing contractor because I own a business. I spoke with them, and we discussed the situation. They stated they will only do a full roof replacement. We cordially hung up the phone. Since then, I have been bombarded with non-stop phone calls from 9am-9pm. This absolutely unacceptable and I would never use them at this point. This is not the way you get clients.....take notes. Also, please DONT call me to discuss this review.

Long Baths did my tub to shower conversion. The dial that controls the temperature fell off a few days later, so some guys came to fix it, except they didn't do it right. It's been working, but jiggly, and today it's not working properly. Also, some of the work is sloppy. A "project manager" who boasted that he was a "problem solver" came, took pictures and videos, and said someone would call to arrange to send someone AGAIN. I never heard anything until after an outside company called to get my feedback on the project. Well, THEN a woman called a day or 2 later. She was very apologetic, said she took "detailed notes" and would have someone call very quickly to arrange yet AGAIN for someone to come over. It was at least a week before I heard from anyone, and they're sending someone in 2 days (because it's the weekend). Meanwhile, every time someone has to come I need to take time out of work. I'm angry.

Made the mistake of responding to an internet add to get quote on a new walk in shower. After answering the phone the woman was forward, vulgar and immediately wanted to send out someone to give estimates on my roof as well as the shower. When I tried to explain my roof is 10 years old and I just want an estimate / ballpark of replacement of my existing tub she HUNG UP ON ME. You see a lot of these adds for companies that are known for roofing (chick with the creepy long fingers on TV) trying to make it in windows and batch or vise versa then they try to up sell you on services you don't need. I'm sure my 10 year old roof would have been crap and needed to be replaced. Lol enjoy the bad press.

I'll start out with the finish product, I love my new walk in shower. HOWEVER, getting to the finished product was more than a challenge. The sales person lied about the time line, the project coordinator, which I didn't know existed until after the project started, lied repeatedly. How you say? 1) Sales person stated 2-4 days to complete the project; took 5 days, would have been longer if they didn't come on a Saturday to complete. 2) Project Coordinator, who was suppose to be over seeing everything, never knew she existed until after the project started. Demo was done in 1.5 hours, waited until the next day when I started calling, learned about the project coordinator at that point, plumber was a no show. It turns out, and this was confirmed by someone at Long, plumber was never schedule, although he got there quickly after I started complaining. Waited 2 days for building inspector, although I was told he was coming Wednesday, then he was coming Thursday, then he was coming Friday and the installation would start Friday afternoon. Well, I finally called the building inspector myself, he never (never never) received a call from anyone at Long. He came to my house within 10 minutes to do the inspect. Then I asked the installer what time he was coming on Friday, he said he wasn't scheduled until Monday. So why was I told Friday? Because they lied again. So needless to say I lost my temper at this point. Which prompted the installer to work a Saturday to get this job done. I have to say, the installer is the only person at Long that I trust. He was straight forward all the way. Again, love my new shower. Would not recommend Long Home Products to anyone and would not hire them again.

At the conclusion of the original roofing project, we were told that we are "married" for the next 50 years. While that was initially comforting, now I understand that it means that LHP can extort us for minor repairs because anything else will invalidate our warranty. A few months ago, I requested service for some minor damage caused by something hitting the roof. The initial estimate was $1000-1200. Several weeks went by with no further contact from LHP. We reached out again and were given a new verbal estimate of around $1500. We asked for the estimate in writing, to no avail. After several more weeks, we reached out again, only to be told that we had to wait until the individual that we had previously spoken to got back us. When we finally reached someone, the estimate was around $1850, but a written estimate would still take a few days. I am starting to doubt that the 50 year warranty is worth having to continue to deal with LHP, and that may be precisely what they want.

I tried to make an appointment with this company for a quote and they refused to come out unless every single person that was involved in the decision making process was available. With scheduling conflicts, this was not an option so was unable to move forward. The representative I spoke with was quite combative about the situation.

This company will call you every day every 5 minutes and from multiple different numbers no matter how many times you block them. I was looking to get a quote done but now it’s borderline harassment to the point I highly suggest avoiding providing this company with your phone number. Having another company come out instead. HORRENDOUS.

Remove tub and install shower.The salesman came to the house sat and talk about the company and how it got started for an hour and half. Then we started to talk price had to call his manager on any price we talked about .  Waited about 5 weeks for job to get started .Finally on August 24 2022 they came they remove the tub and half way through the job I realized it was the wrong size. There was supposed to be a space for a linen closet.  It has been three weeks with no shower I have to go through my yard to my neighbors toshower. When I contact them they say it's not in yet or I didn't  get back to you because i had covid. Well I have searched the web for the size base and Lowes an home depot has them and Amazon . I am 80 and don't enjoy going to my neighbors every day.BEWARE

Never give these guys your phone number. They will call multiple times a day, every day, even after you tell them over and over you're no longer interested. They operate some sort of call center so they call from at least 10 different numbers. Every. Day.

This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. If you want to avoid problems, please stay away from this contractor for your own good. Just trying to save you the aggravation.

David Smith and Nick Deluca came to our house for an estimate of redoing our tub. They were very personable and professional. We liked their demeanor and how well they know their product. When it came down to the estimate they worked with us to get us a number we were very comfortable with. Hired them to do my roof and gutters. Did an amazing job. Cleaned up very well after they was done, very professional will definitely refer friends to them and hire again.

The workers were good. The project management and customer service were terrible. With one exception, the workers (who I believe were subcontractors) did a great job. They cleaned up at the end each day and the foreman (Ricardo – he may have been a long roof employee) did a great job of keeping me informed and explaining what they were doing. I had two problems with the work that was done. One problem was corrected, but Long Home Products is refusing to address the other problem. There is capping along my entire roof except in one corner. I was told by the workers, the Project Coordinator and her manager the contract did not call for caping to be put on the corner. Despite the workers doing a good job, the overall project was a stressful disaster due to poor customer service and lack of communication. The project manager (Marco) did not do what he said he was going to do, was not accessible and was never around when there was a problem. The one time he did something, he did not do it correctly. The project manager supervisor (Sara) failed to acknowledge the terrible customer service or the project manager’s incompetence. The Project Coordinator and other office staff were of very little help. All they did when there was a problem was to “reach out to” the project manager or take messages for people. The project manager never returned my calls and the various people I left messages for never responded. After a while the Project Coordinator stopped returning my calls and responding to my emails. Communication was awful. I sent emails to several people at Long Home Products when I was not getting any help from the people in customer service and no one responded. The gutter people showed up twice unannounced twice. Luckily, some one was home to let them in. This entire experience was extremely stressful and despite the workers doing a good job, I would never recommend this company to any one because Long Home Product obviously does not care about their customers.
