"We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"I needed a roofer to do a small job to inspect the condition of my roof substructure. There was a possibility that I would need to redo my roof, but I didn't know that up front. The first roofers I contacted were dismissive and wouldn't even talk to me unless it was a big job. But Scott at Vaillancourt said that they would do the job, for a reasonable price, and asked all the right questions (more than other roofers). When it came time to do the job, it was Adam the owner himself who came and got the job done - on time, fast, thorough, professional. Very pleasant and very customer/service attitude."

New roof replacement in Jaffrey, NH with Owens Corning shingles and Platinum warranty.

"From start to finish I was very impressed with their professionalism. They explained the products being used and provided Consumer Reports ratings on the shingles, gave references, did all the leg work on permitting and got the job done before the agreed timeline. Home exterior makeover. New roof using Owens Corning Trudefinition Duration in Onyx Black. New vinyl siding with Certainteed Monogram in Midnight Blue with White trim. New deck in AZEK Island Oak decking. New Harvey slider. New Thermatru doors.
Deck Upgrade in Halifax, MA. Old deck boards were removed and new AZEK decking in Island Oak with Premier White railings were installed.

Final photo. We stripped the existing roof and removed the heat wire. We inspected the roof deck for rotted wood and replaced. Next we installed Owens Corning Roofing System including Trudefinition Duration Shingles in Onyx Black. Heat wire was reinstalled.
Stripped existing siding and replaced any rotted wood. Installed Henry Blueskin water barrier underlayment. Next we installed James Hardie fiber cement smooth plank siding in Monterey Taupe. New homeowner painted PVC rake boards and fascia were also installed along with new gutters in Eggshell.
