Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Did a great Job with roof and helped me with the insurance claim from the storm damage to roof. They are prompt, clean, and super nice. Anything they moved potted plants, my deck furniture , was put back in place with care. They went over yard with a magnet device to get any loose nails , etc that may have fallen in grass.

We had our decks demolished and rebuilt by another contractor earlier this Summer. Said contractor, in the process, removed significant portions of our vinyl siding and was not able/willing to replace them. I reached out to numerous Boston-area vinyl siding contractors, only to have almost 100% of them tell me the "job was too small" for them to consider. I was becoming concerned that nobody would be willing to replace our siding when I found Diamond Construction. John came out to assess the project and our needs and spent time speaking with us about the scope/execution of the project. We made him aware of our budget, and he was sensitive and responsive to our financial limitations. The work was completed in a professional, workmanlike, timely manner. John and his staff (Erika and the crew) maintained great communication throughout the entire process from the before we even signed the contract all the way through the end of completion. We were extremely pleased with the results of the vinyl siding repair/replacement performed by Diamond and plan to use them again in the future to replace an old bay window in the front of our apartment, as well as our old sliding glass door in back, once our budget permits. We will also recommend Diamond Construction to friends and family. They are consummate professionals who value their relationships with customers and go above and beyond to ensure projects are completed to customers' satisfaction. Thank you!

The remodeled bathroom is beautiful. Diamond Construction took on a job that other contractors refused to attempt due to its complexity, and did a fine job.

Outstanding! Where here on time every day and completed the main project in two days. I had them replace numerous shakes on the house and six rotted window sills so that took a few extra days.

John and Laize from Diamond Construction were great. Excellent communication from start to finish. John and his crew arrived prompt and worked very hard for one and half days to complete my roof and skylights. It was a large roof on a two family house and it came out beautiful. Clean Up was good also.

Diamond construction company replaced our homes roof and skylights. From start to finish their work was extremely professional and honest and high-quality. Dear owner John walked us through the overall proposal project plan and a economical budget. Dear team work very hard and completing projects on time. Thanks to diamond our house now looks very beautiful from the outside and the comfort level inside the home is much better . We would strongly recommend diamond construction for any home improvement project .

The President and owner, John Malo, had come to my house in late January and gave me a very reasonable quote for the project. We scheduled the work for March 27,2019 but due to weather it was started and completed in just one day on 4/10/19. John had quoted me a price per plywood sheet if there was a need. When they revealed the existing plywood, John called me and said it is all 1/4 inches and is supposed to be 1/2 inches. I gave him my approval to correct this. Still, a reasonable price. They were very organized and did an excellent job and cleaned up. A dumpster was brought in a day before and removed a day after. I am very pleased with the exceptional job they did and would use them again for other projects.

I got several quotes from different roofers before I chose Diamond. John came by himself and gave me a very detailed description on almost everything, from materials they're going choose to the warranties. The price was also the lowest among all quotes. They did a good job overall,. I didn't give the highest rank for quality because some details could have been improved. I noticed the wall siding was not perfect handled, maybe because it was dark at the time when they're about to finish the job.

John, Laize and team were great to work with. They provided a fair quote for the work and the job started on time. We added on some extra work to the project once it started (we planned for a new roof and then had them replace some siding on the back of the house). They were diligent in doing the work and keeping us updated on progress. They did a few extra things for us while there (fixed some shutters and a few boards on our deck) which was super helpful. They cleaned up thoroughly when done and John was very interested in ensuring we were satisfied with the work. We did a complete walk around the house with him once everything was done before paying the balance and he made sure we were totally satisfied. We would certainly recommend them to others and use them again.

John Malo, the owner of the company came out to give an estimate. He suggested this could be paid by our homeowner's insurance and helped us through the process of submitting a claim and providing supportive documentation. The team kept us informed of each step of the process. They were always puctual and responsive to any communication. The job was done meticulously, and in the promised time-frame. The crew was respectful and hard working. I would highly recommend this company.

Ciro and Rosa were wonderful to work with. They were honest, good communicators and worked incredibly hard to get my roof and my chimney done on time. They responded well to my questions, and let me know what was happening. I particularly enjoyed working with Rosa-- she was professional and really knew the work, worked incredibly hard herself and was easy to talk to...As a female home owner, it was particularly great to work with a woman foreperson as I have found that men who I have hired talk down to me, assume I don't understand the work or don't answer my questions clearly. Rosa was terrific-- she contacted me quickly with any changes, and explained everything to me in detail, showed up early and stayed late. My roommate also loved these guys so I didn't have to worry about them bugging anyone in my household. Overall, it was a really good experience and both the roof and the chimney look beautiful!!
