"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

Instead they charged us to come look and the roof and recommend we pay them more money to remove the moss from the roof. Connell Roofing has a fully staffed call center but instead of returning calls to try to address this situations, the president of the company would only email after business hours. After being left a bad review on Facebook, Connell Roofing is now manipulating its social media presence to hide the bad review. Connell Roofing has been reported to the BBB, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the shingle manufacturer for make false and deceptive business practices."
