Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!!
