"The team from McLaughlin Weatherization, who completed the work from my Mass Save Program energy audit to install insulation in my attic was AWESOME! They were a team of 3, who ensured the job got done efficiently and well. Professional, courteous and personable! I was very pleased with how they entered my home, treated my home and me while in it and when they left they even brushed up the very last of any dirt they might have brought in. I cannot rave enough about how great the experience was because I was able to work downstairs and stay out of their way but they definitely went above and beyond in my opinion! I didn't know the front door would get a package of weather stripping too. So while that was nice, the guy in charge of the team of 3 not only removed the old to install the new, the front door closes properly now! I cannot thank you enough for this small act of kindness (even if it was fixed with the new trim) because I had been so worried about my kitties getting out one day because the latch would not catch to keep the door closed. Also, the senior member leading the team demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company as a partner for Mass Save and I would personally pay them for any future work needed if not covered by Mass Save."

Tom made a site visit to my home to discuss details of the insulation including the process, timing, and outcomes; he answered all of my questions. He also came the day of the insulation to check on how things were going. His crew, led by Parris, was excellent - knowledgeable, efficient and clean. "I was plagued with recurring ice dams in a few areas of my roof. After investigation, it was discovered that the insulation in a few visible areas was sub-par. Roland came in and quickly spotted the problem areas. He assured me that the could fix these problems immediately. He used a combination of rearranging existing batts, blown-in fiberglass and spray foam to seal the attic space, over the course of two visits. He's extremely personable and always called me back or answered the phone right away."

The two-man painting team, led by Fernando, showed up on time and worked hard for the full 8 hours. They accomplished more than I had expected them to in the 8 hours, painting two coats in one large living room (~25' x 15') and one average sized bedroom (15'x11'). Quality was great. We started by trying to find a contractor that could fix our gutters. We needed it to be done very quickly so I had called several people with no luck. Then I found United. Alessandro was amazing and his team is amazing -- especially Jackie. They are always very responsive, professional, dependable and of course their work is top notch/very high quality. They not only did our gutters when I needed them done, but also we went back to them to replace our sump pump, paint inside of most of our house, change the kitchen countertops and backsplash etc.. Alessandro also helped me find other specialists when needed such as shower door installers.. I am very happy that I found them and I will for sure go back to them again.
