"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. "I had been compiling a list of projects /repairs for quite a while. Reached out to Todd Booth’s company based on the 5 star reviews! Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!!
